Contract cancellation for data

Poor customer service i have been trying to cancel a contract with MTN since August with no luck. Their customer care number when I call it just keeps on making adverti*****ts and music that makes one to go to sleep. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS NETWORK.
