Contract cancellation failure

Getting a contract with them is very fast and easy but cancelling it is a problem. I called MTN 6 times today wanting to cancel my contract. I spoke to all different consultants. The first person to answer the phone authenticates me and then transfers me to the cancellation and retentions department where I get asked the same questions again, before I get the help that I need which is cancelling the contract. The calls gets hung up or I get put on hold for long without anyone getting back to me until I hang up. In the retentions department I spoke to 5 consultants and two that I remember are Anele and Shonis. With Anele the calls just hung up twice and with Shonis, she put me on hold and didn't bother to get back to me until I hung up. One of the other 2 unidentified consultants put me on hold and never got back to me. I still don't know whether my contract is cancelled or not as not even one of them bothered to call me back when I couldn't talk to any of them until my request was processed. Yes, I got 2 texts saying my request has been processed but that doesn't help much as I preferred to hear those words telephonically so that I could also ask questions and end the calls properly.

This is really disappointing.
