Contract cancellation

Trying to cancel my new contact since Dec. Wanted to cancel within the 10 day grace period. Its been 4 months now still noting. The collected the phoned in Feb, no communication from mtn. O dont know what is going on. Contract still not cancelled. I have sent numerous mails, still noting
