Contract cancellation

I would leave zero stars if I could. This network seems so impossible to reach - customer service. When I did reach them it was near impossible to get help. I have been trying to cancel my contract and they keep me going in circles. I can’t cancel in store and it’s so frustrating! I don’t see myself ever using this network again
