Contract Cancellation department poor service

I request a contract cancellation on the 10th of November 2023 which would be actioned on the 11th of December, I spoke to Xolisa a male consultant on that day, he advised that I call in on the 11th of Dec to ensure it is cancelled, to my surprise I spoke to Samkelisiwe Nelisiwe Mkhize today the 11th of Dec and she tells me there was no notice done so she needs to set up another 30 days notice, then because I refused she transferred me to an agent who gave me this number *** because I was insisting for a call retrieval to be done, the number does not go through, I don't want another debit order for this and I want it cancelled, I have recorded that call for the 10th of November.
