CONTRACT CANCELLATION DELAY A COST TO ME

Good day

I called in on the 28/09/2022 to cancel my contract to date its still not cancelled and has now accumulated a balance of wich i am not even using.I was assistance by Ongeziwe Ziciliza and to date the its open. I went to Trade Route mall store to cancel and was reffered to Head Office then HO refers me to the store. I am fustrated as this affects my credit score.
