Contract cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 4 months .At first I went to an MTN store where I have app**** for the contract and I was told that cancellations are done via the call centre. Tried calling the call centre numerous times to no avail . I then sent an email on the 14th of November to their retentions department.I received an auto response with a ref number confirming that my email was received.

No one emailed me nor called me ever since that day . On the 21st of November I sent another follow up email and no one gave me a call still.

I then called the call centre spoke to a very arrogant guy named Themba Ncube on the13th of December who advised me that he will give me a call back as he need to escalate the matter .Its the 28th of December and no one has tried to contact me.Mtn call centre agents are sooooo rude and lack product knowledge.I need someone to cancel this contract !!!!!!!!
