Contract cancellation

All I want is to cancel my contract, but whenever I contact 136 and request that my contract be cancelled they drop the line or give me some excuse. Even went to MTN store and they were unable to assist, instead offered me upgrade deals.

After being with you for over 10 years, this is the treatment I get. Never again. Easy to signup but very difficult to get out.
