Contract Cancellation being queried 3 years later

<p>My contract with MTN was cancelled in 2014, debit order stoped and becasue of their appualing service i moved over to vodacom with a new number and all. No these guys 3 years later without any prior communication had my name and details to some collections firm to hound me down like i dont pay my bills. Now i need the following from them and they cant provide me with facts, when they got hold of me having my work contact details, email, home address when did they send me communication that i owe them?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is appauling as they were not transparent on the day i cancelled my contract until 3years later, claiming i owe them. Well MTN legal go read NCA correctly and furnish me with what i have asked for before i go to the Ombudsman.</p> <p> </p>
