Contract cancellation

MTN is the worst service provider. I’m so ****ed I called MTN on 09/09/25 to ask them to change my address for coverage, they couldn’t assist almost all the consultants couldn’t help. I was calling almost everyday until I got hold of a consultant who told me to take the router to the store and they will cancel my router, I went to Kenelworth MTN I was turned back because I have to call MTN before going to the store. Today I’m from that store again they took my router but no one to cancel my contract. It’s such a hustle to even get consultants on the phone I have been calling with no luck. MTN is kaak I’m so ****ed. You better cancel your **** I don’t want anything to do with you. Why do I have to put a star on you don’t deserve it!!!
