Contract cancellation

I have tried calling and I even sent an email to their client care to request to cancel my contract and they are unable to assist me. This is my reference number I got when I sent them an email ***. The funny thing is when you call the upgrade department they answer your call really fast and one of their update agent hanged up in my ear when I requested to speak to a manager.
