Contract cancellation and Refund on month on month from October 2021

I cancelled my contract in October 2021 status still showing pending how ever they still debiting my account without my authority ,when i call the cancellation or go to there shop at Mall of the south still no assist i m only told their cancellation department has a problem so i have to suffer for that
