Contract cancellation and refund nightmare

I had a contract with MTN that I cancelled in November 2025. I paid what was quoted to me. After that I received a statement indicating MTN owes me money. I have been trying to recover my money from January the 7th till now. They asked for documentation as proof and I have done that. I have sent the requested documents over 5 times but they have failed to process my refund. On a number of occasions they close the query without it being resolved. When you send them emails it bounces back without resolution. Last week I was told they need a cancellation letter, I tried getting that the contract department also will not assist. It feels like hitting a wall. I went to the branch and I was told there is no one I can be directed to. MTN is simply not taking accountability. From the call centre all the way to the branch. No one is willing to assist. I’m being sent from one person to the next however no one is giving me solutions. Enter into a contract with MTN at your own risk.
