Contract Cancellation and Auto upgrades

Trying to get confirmation that 1 of my contracts is cancelled as requested with reference number: ***. If MTN answers, they pass you to Retentions and no one answers. Then subsequently on another contract, they have upgraded me to a package I have not requested.
