Contract cancellation and allocation of funds

Service from MNT is so disgusting we have been calling them for the past month asking for a simple thing to cancel the contract and to allocate the funds. From management to consultants no one seems to help with anything THEY just keep on giving excuses and debiting the account for something that we have paid for.some of the escalations nothing was actioned and some were not escalated properly.
