Contract Cancellation - A Joke!
<p>Dispite a request on 20 May under ref ********** 49 for cell ********** 677 you continue to no adhere to my request to cancel the contract instead you send this to some retentions department which do not act on your own staff instructions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cancel this contract and refund me my money that you continue to debit </p>
