Contract cancellation

I have cancelled my contract with MTN but I still get billed every month, this is the second time, this time I won't pay that amount. Can I please get clarity as to what I should do. They always say calls are recorded, they must retrieve their records and listen to them when I told them to cancel my contract and they must stop sending me data. Someone is not doing their job
