Contract cancellation

Im sick and tired of MTN,from December,i have been sending emails ,requesting them to cancel my contract as i was already due for upgrade.They haven't cancelled my contract and every month i get a invoice.I paid the outstanding amount,the end of last month,and now when i do a follow up,i have to pay more money.
