contract cancellation
I had a Cell phone contract with mtn. When expiry date arrived i tried cancelling the contract but they were never available.I even went to a branch to cancel the contract but they kept debiting until I started reversing the debits. They went and blacklisted me without trying to resolve the issue of communicating with me. They are bullies, unproffesional and ***********
