Contract Cancellation

Mtn is really ******** us with regards to contracts. Firstly you are able to open a contract in store but you are not able to cancel a contract in store. Secondly they do not pick up their contract cancellation lines. My contract was due to expire yesterday i called for 30 min and they did not answer and today for more than 1 hour but if you call their upgrade line they pick up in less than 10 minutes.
