Contract cancellation

MTN is the worst, I have been trying to cancel my contract for over a month and now told I owe, the agents are not helpful,i am totally disgusted in the service mtn is providing to its client. They want to keep us wbwn after the contract has exposed and claim ridiculous amounts i am utterly disgusted in this service
