CONTRACT CANCELLATION

MTN is a **** guys it is not funny, I have been trying to get my contract canceled without any luck, and every time I get told that the system is down. When I called again pretending to be looking for a new contract the system was working, I spent my entire morning struggling to get through to their cancellation department, I am not winning, my contract with them expired in June already and this month I had to pay an amount of R2300 because I was told if I do not cancel the contract, they assume I am still interested without even getting a call or sms from them to say your contract is about to expire do you want to renew or not. Now I want to cancel the system is off since last week, and tomorrow is the 1st I will be told that because I did not cancel in July I must pay for the month of August. Guys help me I am actually desperate right now, I do not know what else to do. MTN EMPLOYEES ARE SO *********** IT IS HEARTBREAKING.
