Contract Cancellation
I just want to cancel my data contract, please. I phoned your call centre on 23 July with this request and was given reference number ***. Today, I received yet another invoice in spite of the cancellation request. Please fulfil this simple instruction. My account number is A*** / ***.

We do pick up that the cell number has been cancelled on the 23-8-2015. Our terms and conditions do state that the cancellation request should be 30 days before the contract expires, we have received your cancellation request on the 23-7-2015.
