CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Firstly I called MTN wanting to to cancel a contract since it has expired already and I also sent an e-mail. They rep**** via e-mail saying an agent will contact me. On the 1st of July I received a call from a guy calling on behalf of MTN. The name of the guy is JEFHURUN and the reference number is: UV580810. I told him that I'm canceling the contract but the guy insisted and told me about one of the affordable packages and also explained the benefits of that package(R49 pm, 75MB data 25SMS's and estimated 21min calls). It sounded reasonable to me but I didn't agree to the contract, the only thing I said is that he must sent me the contract so that I can have a look at it. The following day I received numerous SMS's and one of them was saying \I have been migrated to the contract subcriber". Plese help me."""
