Contract cancellation

There is no service provider that is a **** as MTN. Months ago I took a contract for a router with them. After the warranty was finished I wanted to cancel it because the battery of the router got swollen, the lady from cancellation suggested she moves me to another contract since I cannot cancell the existing contract b4 time, she than said I can then call after maybe 2 months and cancell the new contract, everything was done telephonically. Today, 9months down the line I got a shock of my life that the contract she moved me to is for 24months and that my phone number was changed to another number that I don’t know about and I was not told about the number change. I won’t even talk about the struggle I experienced when calling them, it is such a mission to get through to speak to a consultant at the contract cancellation department, you try for half a day because they just cut the call. But I am not surprised because I went through the same thing the previous time I tried to contact them. I want them to pull out the telephonic conversation recording at the time of the call. ****!!!
