Contract cancellation
I am trying to reach MTN to inform them of a data contract that is expiring and I cannot get through to anyone from the call centre, email or their Twitter account.<br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.
We've now escalated the complaint to our Cancellations Department in order for them to set the deactivation date to the 24th of July 2015. We've advised the that you've trying to get through to the call centre but was not successful in doing so.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in servie.
