Contract cancellation

I have been trying several times to contact your retentions dep since last week with no success . Your customer service is ridiculous. Each time I phone I had to wait for more than 30 minutes on the line and no one cares to contact me back and yet you always say " we strive to provide the best service at all times". I need someone to please contact me back to cancel my contract because I don't have time to wait on the line for so long to speak to a consultant. You guys are very quick to contact us for upgrades but you fail to do the same for cancellations.
