contract cancellation
Hi,<br> <br> I am trying to get hold of mtn customer care since this morning and waited on call for more than 1 hour for 2 times and no joy.<br> <br> Please cancel my contract. I am suppose to call on 20th May 2015 to cancelled and I have called and your call centres were closed for couple days and that is not my problem i assume, so, please resolve my problem asap and Make sure that I wont get charged for 25th month as the delay is not on my side and I haven't used any of your new bundles.<br> <br> thank you
