Contract Cancellation
We have been trying to cancel 2 contract with MTN BUSINESS since last year August. A request was sent to mtnbusiness on 04/08/2014 but with no luck. and a request was sent to Nikita Jousten who only cancelled 1 number and our account has been debited every month. Now we are told we wont be able to cancel as the account is in arrears...we were given a number for a credit controller (Thando) and when you dial the number its in correct....WOULD SOME ONE PLEASE ASSIST...
