Contract cancellation

I called MTN last week to get figures that i need to pay to cancel one of my contracts. i received two figures and when i requested an account number was informed i need to make my way to an MTN store to pay the amounts which doesn't make sense to me. Now i called again to confirm amounts and I'M being told a different story. I want to cancel the contracts and the amounts i need to pay for both phone numbers.
