Contract Cancellation

MTN has been giving me a run around, I have cancelled a Contract on the 1st of July 2022, for a Contract that was coming to an End 30 July 2022, on the 29 I received this Email: Yello Joseph Chauke ,

Kindly note that on the system it shows that cancellation has been set to go through on the 01-08-2022 as per reference number ***.
