Contract Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my contract since last month. I phoned a couple of times and I was transferred from one operator to another. I have sent countless emails but I’m still not getting any assistance. I went to MTN wonderboom they tried to help but I was still put on hold for over 30 minutes. I went to their Facebook and twitter pages but I’m still stuck with no assistance☹️
