Contract cancellation
Hello, my contract is ending in a couple of days and I'd like to be switched to prepaid please.

Thank you for your time online.
Note that prepaid migration can only be done a day after the contract expires, the contract expire date is 2018-09-11 . Please email me on the 12-9-2018 to assist you. My email address ***
Note that once the number is converted to prepaid, all data, sms, airtime and minutes left will be forfeited in 2-24 hours.
Note as well once the number is converted to prepaid the cell number need to be used for calls, if no calls is made from the number in +-90 days the cell number will be pulled back to the network and allocated to a different user.
Note the account is billed in arrears and allocation done in advanced.
Your invoice for September (UN-BILLED) month will closed on the 13th at midnight.
