Contract cancellation
I received a call from a guy at mtn regarding a cellphone upgrade. We agreed to get a Huawei p8 lite instead they brought me sim card I told them that to cancel my upgrade cos clearly their consultants are ***********.i called them and still they haven't resolved the matter i am so disappointed with their service.
