Contract Cancellation

Good day.

I have been trying to get a hold of your customer care for the last hour with no success. I want to cancel my WIFI contract and I was told to phone 083 135 and press option 4. There is no option 4. I have selected all the options, I have even tried pressing any numbers with the hope that I get directed to a consultant still with no luck.

I am writing this review to let you know that I am cancelling my contract as of today which falls within the 30 day period, so you cannot come back and tell me that I was not within the period. My account nr is BA***. So please cancel my contract.
