Contract Cancellation

Clearly no one cares for good customer service at mtn. I've been trying to cancel my contract and calling the retentions department is less than useless, having to hold for an hour+ without answer, emails, Facebook messages and going to the physical store doesn't help either as no one can assist me.

I've been placed on a month to month contract now even though I tried to camcel on time.

So disappointed in the service I get from mtn.
