Contract cancellation [#***7]

Last week i was advised that my account would be credited with data on 14th and then deactivated the following day 15 August because I want to cancel my contract but the full debit will still happen on the 20th for data that i only used for one day, simply because i wanted to cancel my contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>today the simcard was deactivated and all the data that im supposed to pay for on the 20th is all gone. What will i be paying for here exactly? I want that data back or I will make sure your debit order does not go through this week. Im tired of MTN and the ****py service when one wishes to cancel their contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was provided with the reference number above but no one has bothered to call me to rectify this!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
