Contract cancelation with Mtn South Africa

I was having a contract of router and data for the amount of R229 with Mtn which was ending in August 2021. I went to renew it at their branch store in Wonderboom. I don't know what happened with my renewal, September 2021 they deducted R588 and October 2021 they deducted R686 so I went back to check what happened to my contract renewal they said the person who was helping me didn't finish the application form for my renewal of contract so I did another one of R199 since I was having a router they went on deducting R229. On the 06 January 2023 I went again to Mth branch store in North Park Mall to cancel it and they told me to pay R588.80 for cancelation fee and I paid it, end of February they deducted R220 and R225 for what I don't know. I told myself maybe it's the last deduction to my surprise end of March they deducted again I reversed it but they took it again. Even now end of April they deducted R223 for what I don't because I'm no longer getting data from Mtn and when I call them they send me pillar to post without been assisted. I don't think I will ever make contract with Mtn and lot of people at my workplace they complain about Mtn.
