Contract cancelation impossible

I have been trying to contact the cancellation department. I have been trying to get hold of this department for 3 months now and I am kept on hold for a very long time. I tried contacting the department today under call :*** ,Unathi was wonderful doing the security checks today ,however, everytime I call ,no indication is given that you will wait on line for over 20 minutes with no one answering. The interlude song plays over and over , no apology, no alternative methods are presented . I am disappointed as I was on the call for 26 minutes and i hung up. It's time wasted . I have been trying to close the account for 3 months now as the contract has exceeded the 24 months. The application offers no options to submit a cancelation request, which would be more convenient. I am very disappointed.
