Contract Cancelation

September last year I opened a contract with MTN. It was a Sim only contract paying R179. I have been calling to cancel the contract, taken from pillar to post eventually I got to cancellations. The agent I spoke to said I need to pay R380 he didn't mention extra amounts. I paid the R380 called cancellation department then I'm told I need to pay an extra R126.38. I made the payment of R126.83. Please cancel the contract. I don't understand why this is such a tidious issue. I can tell that you want to drag it out till I give up. I've sent emails to customercare and your cancellation department.
