Contract Cancelation

I'm so defeated by these guys and VVM, after months of back and forth their employees still have a nerve to lie to me. I have asked numerous requests to have my contract cancelled nothing, after being told I owe them I paid the amount quoted by MTN and VVM comes back to say I haven't paid and I noticed I have over paid then and I now need my paid up letter and my refund,
