Contract cancelation!!!!!!!!!!

I took a laptop contract over a year now, which works pathetically. I have been trying for over two months to cancel this contract. No reply from retention department. Your service is absolutely useless, I cannot believe I chose this company. FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
