Contract cancelation

I wrote an email to your customer care (***) on the 19 June 2020 to cancel my data contract.

On the 20 June 2020, I receceived an email that my request was transferred to Cancellation Department(Reference Number: ***).

I have noticed that the contract has not been called as money was taken from my account again.
