Contract Cancelation

I have never felt so disappointed by how my query was handled, at first I was placed on month on month contract without my consent and charged insane amount of money after my fixed term contract lapsed, and consultant said I never called for 30 days notice to cancel my contract were I was never informed of such.

Now I have second contract which expires on the next month, and I sent numerous emails from January and followed up by calls monthly to set up 30 days notice to cancel my contract, spoke to Dylan Budhoo (consultant) who failed to assist me, spoke to their Supervisor Ravi and Nacie in cancelation department which also failed to assist me. Even now 30 days cancelation notice hasn't been processed and Ravi (manager) promised to sent me escalation email which I haven't received

Called them again and spoke to Aphelele Dlamini however I still haven't received my call reference nor proof that my query has been logged.
