CONTRACT CANCELATION!!!

MTN IS USELESS!!! Firstly there internet service is up to **** it connects for 5 min and then it disconnects, I went to the nearest MTN store and they told me there is nothing that they can do, therefor I wanted to cancel my contract, but that could only be done 2months later in Desember. December came and I wanted to cancel but my contract expired and now my monthly premium changed from R299 to R539 and they NEVER informed me about the changes!!! The contact changed to a month to month contract but I still need to give 30days notice before I could cancel. I phoned 13times before I eventually got my contract changed to a 0 value contract. They have less that 0 customer service!!!! DO USE MTN!!!!! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!
