Contract cancelation

Cancelation with this company is a life sentence on it's own. It has been a year trying to cancel a simple contract, ended up in debt 😒 due to their staff negligence and their third party (Mondo). As we speak they have sold a 'debt' that I supposedly incurred without even using their services. Nudebt ( collection company) has been sending endless messages and emails but when I try to contact to come up with a solution no one seem to care. I think they just saying please pay.

If I don't get back from them within 48hours. Let's see what will unfold. I Have evidence of everything yet no one cares to look at it but its okay.
