contract cancelation

Good day . i have paid my contract cancelation fee on the 12 April and put an incorrect reference i need my pop to be allocated so that i can continue with my cancelation for debit day next Tuesday ive been calling and emailing for the past two WEEKS no one helped me . please help Its urgent
