Contract Cancelation

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last 5 months and all the time I hit a brick wall. They promise to call you back, but never do. I have left a lot of messages even sent emails to their complaints department, but nobody cares. I think mtn must just call it a day, they operate in their own world. CN someone help with canceling this contract once and for all please?
