Contract cancelation

Worts customer service ever, I have an MTN account that has been outstanding as I had no money to pay it off. I finally had money and when I called to find out how much the balance owing was I was taken pillar to post. I have been going back and forth with the customer service and legal department for weeks now and no one can tell me how much I owe. The lawyers that I was supposedly handed over to say I do not have an account with them and that I must go back to MTN. MTN is so inefficient I just want to pay of the account and close it. I made payment last week based on my own calculations and I asked them to verify if the amount paid was correct. Even then they could not give a balance, what a useless, inefficient company. Get your act together man sies.
