Contract cancelation

Cancelation was done for a contact on 5th of October 2022 and still has not been successfully canceled after 5 visits to their branch and 2 complaints logged to their complaints department via email with no response. I am now also expected to pay outstanding fees and interest incurred due to the network provider not actioning the cancelation from their side.
